3. Return Requirements

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

4. Return Process

1. Email customer@shopinword.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving the RA number (you cover return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect).
3. We’ll confirm receipt and process your request within 5 business days.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
• We deduct no fees for cooling-off period returns (defective/incorrect items qualify for full refund + return shipping reimbursement).

6. Exchanges

• Request an exchange via customer@shopinword.com (same product, different size/color where available).
• Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item—no additional shipping fees for the replacement.

7. Defective/Incorrect Items

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• Provide photos and order details; we’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective/incorrect) are excluded.
